Somewhere between Puerto Rico & St Thomas

When an adventure begins, usually you envision in your mind how you think it will go…and that’s what makes it an adventure…it never goes like you think it will.

Our adventure began at 4am in the Detroit Metro airport, on our way to Puerto Rico. The objective: prep and launch eight boats in Puerto Rico’s Del Rey Marina boatyard, and then deliver 2 catamarans safely to the CYOA Yacht Charter base located in St Thomas’ Frenchtown district.… Continue

November is the latest I have ever been sailing and I sure would not be opposed to try for December in Michigan!

What year is it anyway?

It's late September and I'm finally catching my breath after another fast-paced season. Actually, this is the first chance I've had in months to see what the rest of the Community has been up to! Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for contributing and keep the momentum rolling! This is a great time of year with still plenty of good sailing on the horizon. And I'm sure the fall colors will not be disappointing when seen from under sail as well. I'm really looking forward to some brisk fall sai… Continue
