Yes, I like winter. I like snow. And I like all the activities it offers. However, the extremely COLD temperatures are what I could do without. It's getting to be that time of year here in the northern latitudes when cabin fever and island fever start running rampant. The first part of February things are still fairly normal, but come the end of the month and the beginning of March...oh boy, that 's when the stir craze has really set in.

Winter Luau Fun

Here in the northern latitudes, as much as we enjoy the snow and all the winter related activities, at some point we feel a little island fever coming on. For some that means a trip to the lower lats and some fun in the sun. For others, well it's making the most of a cold Saturday evening in January.
